Is it possible to change the number of sites I am tracking under any plan?

Yes! You can absolutely change the sites at any given time under any plan. You can add a site, remove a site, and swap them as you go. There is no cost or fee to do this. The only limit is the total sites tracked at once as defined by the plan you are on.
